Cooking Method :
1. In the microwave safe glass
bowl add the cashew nut paste
and sugar, mix well, place it in the
microwave oven, select the
program and press START.
2. Upon beep, add the milk
powder, mix it in the cashew
mixture, replace the bowl in the
microwave oven and press
START.
3. Upon beep, transfer the
cashew burfi onto a greased flat
plate and let it set for a minimum
of 24 hrs.
4. Cut it into diamond shaped
pieces and serve.
