The following drivers can be installed on the system:

Installation instructions are given below.

6.2 Starting the Driver Program

To access the driver installation programs, please do the following.

Step 1:

Insert the CD that came with the system into a CD drive connected to the

system.

NOTE:

If the installation program doesn't start automatically:

Click "Start->Computer->CD Drive->autorun.exe"

Step 2:

The driver main menu appears. Click WAFER-OT-Z650/Z670.

Step 3:

The list of drivers appears.
