Introduction
This chapter provides information for troubleshooting NAS-4300S and helping
you to isolate a failure to the power supply, the case fan, the CPU cooler, the
LCD module, the hard disks, the Ethernet switch board, and the main board. A
troubleshooting guide is also provided; it lists possible problems, along with
probable causes, and recommended actions on how to correct each problem.
Who Should Perform Repairs
Only qualified service personnel should remove and replace any components of
NAS-4300S. Repairs to the NAS-4300S are limited to the repair level identified
in the following paragraph.

The NAS-4300S has the following replaceable components:
The NAS-4300S main board
The backplane
The Ethernet switch board
The LCD module assembly, including the LCD module and its plastic cover
The top cover
The case fan
The CPU cooler
The power supply
