Sets up the language for IOBA-10F-AD.

Allows the user to enable the spell checking function and to configure its

Configures the user dictionary.

Keyboard & input methods :
Allows the user to set up the onscreen keyboard.

Text-to-speech output :
Configures the text-to-speech settings.

Pointer speed :
Sets up the pointer speed.
