Access can only be gained by SERVICE PERSONS or by USERS who have
been instructed about the reasons for the restrictions applied to the location
and about any precautions that shall be taken.
Access is through the use of a TOOL or lock and key, or other means of
security, and is controlled by the authority responsible for the location.
3.2 Internal Access Panel Removal
Before installing or maintaining the internal components, the internal access panel must
be removed from the DRPC-230-ULT5. Follow the steps below to complete the task.
Step 1:
Remove the six retention screws indicated in
Figure 3-1: Internal Access Panel Retention Screws
Step 2:
Lift the panel to remove it from the chassis.
NOTE:
The vent on the panel is designed for dissipating heat from the installed
PCIe x4 expansion card, so the S model does not have the ventilation
holes on this panel.
