10.1 Please check reader mode set for the ID.
By changing reader mode, you can select how to authenticate when accessing.

select how to authenticate when accessing.
READER#1 refers to the built-in proximity reader in the unit.
ID(PIN) ONLY
In this mode, users can access the door by simply presenting their card or entering
their ID number.
ID+F/P(P/W)
In this mode, users can access the door by presenting their card or entering their ID
number and then verifying their identity by a fingerprint. For users who did not reg
ister their fingerprints, password verification is used instead of fingerprint verificati
on.
ID+P/W+F/P
In this mode, users can access the door by presenting their card or entering their ID
number and then verifying their identity by both a fingerprint and a password.
If the problem persists, please contact service center.
