8) I have been using the software for a while. The software has slowed down and “Database Insert Error” message appears.
Solution
① Delete Some of the Saved Data from the Database and Reduce the Log File.
: If the stored data exceeds the capacity of the database (over 70% of the total capacity) or large
information is stored in certain table, it may cause the software to slow down and search ability
speed to decrease. In this case,
delete the data
that is no longer needed and
reduce the log file
to increase the software operation speed.
Step 1)
Run Microsoft SQL 2005 Management Studio
and log in with ID and password..
Step 2)
Click
[New Query]
button.
※ Delete Card event and Card Alarm event.
