Use
Trasport and handling
For transport in vehicles, always ensure the machine
that it cannot slip and fall over, risk of injury and
damage. Observe the weight of the unit during transport.
Installation
➢
Remove the cage carton from the pallet and check there
are no defects and the standard equipment is complete.
➢
Disable the brake ( Fig.5)
➢
Far off the device using appropriate inclined platform or
lifting the unit with a forklift truck according to
indications of Fig.4 .
➢
Place the machine on a stable horizontal position and
engage the brake. (
Fig.5)
In case of need to evacuate the exhaust fumes with
extensions and pipes use the specific adapter of Fig.18
to apply to the boiler chimney. (optional equipment).
Working with water mains
Use only clean or filtered water.
Maximum temperature of the inlet water 40 ° C
Max inlet pressure 1 MPa (10 bar).
➢
Connect a supply hose (not supplied) to the water supply
fitting of the machine and the tap of the water grid
(Figure 6).
➢
Open the water tap.
Working with inner water tank
Use only clean or filtered water.
➢
To make the first start (boiler empty) fill the tank with at
least 20 liters of clean water.
Supply diesel tank
➢
Fill the diesel tank with proper fuel (Fig.6)
The use of fuels not appropriate may cause danger or
serious damage to the diesel circulation pump.
Supply detergent tank (vers. CHEMIK)
Please read the specifications of the detergent to
be used, in particular the right dilution before filling
the tank.
Use only cleaning fluids. Avoid acid or very alkaline
fluids.

Fill the detergent tank with the recommended
products suitable for the type of cleaning to be carried
out.
Starting the appliance
➢
Check that the main switch is in the OFF position (0)
and connect the unit to the mains grid.
➢
Connect steam hose to the fitting and tighten the
machine tool through the gun to the tube as shown in
Fig.7-8.
➢
Connect steam hose and connector wired as described
in Figure 9 for version CHEMIK.
➢
Turn the knob of the main switch to 1 (ON).
The lamp standby / operation will start flashing
intermittently slow to indicate that the machine is
in standby to switch on.
➢
Start the machine by turning the knob on the START
switch.
Activate steam outlets by pressing the switches
during the first stage ignition of the machine and
keep them open until it begins to come out first steam.
During the first start the water circulation pump fills the
boiler up to the level. (About 3 min.) Then starts the
burner and the heating will take place automatically until
the steam pressure and temperature reache nominal value
set with the differential pressure switch (9 bar - 180 ° C)
For every next cold start to avoid internal
overpressure
(safety valve
intervention),discharge the air inside keeping the trigger
gun open until it comes out of the first steam.
