5.4. Rinsing device
At the TERRA SW Complete HGL the rinsing device for the heat source is in the scope of delivery.
Consisting of following parts:
TRIBLOCK UK 32 DN 25 1IG 3 bar 50 KW
brass double nipple 1"
brass T-fitting
ball valve 1" with wing grip
stair bolt M8 and clamps for wall fastening
ball valve 1" to lock the brine circuit
dirth trap 1"
The rinsing pump and a for treatment of the brine mixture necessary has to be done on site.
The heatsource circuit has to be flushed before putting into service, to remove possible fouling.
The rinsing device has to be isolated on site with the connection pipes.
In case of servicing or repairing into the heat pump, the ball valve, which is mounted on the outlet flow of the
machine must be closed and the brine can not flow out.
This procedure avoids dirt in the heat pump.
The ball valve must be installed in the return flow
of the heat pump. The ball valve is in the shipment
of the rinsing device.
The dirth trap must be installed in the flow of the heat pump.
Through close the ball valves, the dirth trap can be easily cleaned.
Flushing and filling operation
The valves at the rinsing device and the expansion tank (fig above) have to be closed before flushing and
filling operation. The expansion tank is
not
connected. To get no dirt in the tank, the expansion tank must be
connected after the flushing process.
After the filling of the brine circuit the valve of the expansion tank is opened. The pressure in the expansion
tank before filling is 0,5bar.
The remaining brine mixture is filled up, so that the expansion tank is filled. The remaining air is blown off
through the venting valve on the expansion tank.
After filling, the pressure must be 1,5bar in the expansion tank.
