8.2 > Enrolment recommendations
To perfom the best enrolment of the face of the users, please apply the following :
For the terminal :
- The terminal for enrolment must be installed in the same position as it is used : wall frame
vertically fixed at a height of 1150mm from the ground.

Avoid direct sunlight on the user’s face and on the device
- Avoid bright spot light appear in the face area (no halo must appear which can lead to over
exposure of the face image)
For the user :
- Look at the device and do not move during the enrolment
- Keep a neutral expression (no smile)
- Remove all accessories from the face (no hat, no glasses, no scarf, etc.) : the face of the user
has to be fully and clearly visible
