Tips with regard to mixing
•
Refrigerated products, e.g. butter or eggs, should reach room temperature prior to mixing.
•
Do not mix the ingredients too long. Always follow instructions in recipes.
•
Always mix the dry ingredients only until they blend with one another. Always select a low
speed level.
•
In order to avoid pieces of egg shells or rotten eggs in the mixture, first break the eggs open
in a separate vessel and only then add them to the mixture.
•
Always begin with a slower speed and keep increasing it gradually.
•
Keep in mind that the climate, season-conditioned temperatures, temperature of the
ingredients, and different textures can influence the period of mixing in a considerable way.
TIPS WITH REGARD TO USING THE MIXER WITHOUT THE MAIN UNIT
1.
Always slightly move the device up and down in the mixing container.
2.
Tip:
To achieve the best results, the vessels should not be too big and should have high
walls.
3.
Always begin the mixing process with a low speed in order to avoid splashes. The speed also
depends on the amount and texture of the product, as well as on the form and size of the
vessel.
4.
Always hold the mixer on the handle during use.
