51 HIGH VOLTAGE HARNESS REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frames 34 & 36.
2. Remove the mains connection from the following spark
generator, fan and gas valve.
3. Disconnect the harness from the ionisation assembly
lead.
4. Unclip the harness tracing the route back to the control
box.
5. Remove the connectors from the PCB.
6. Remove the three bottom connectors on LHS of control
box .
7. Remove the earth post nut and release the earth
connections.
8. Feed the harness through the control box and remove.
9.
To refit feed the new harness through the control box.
10. Fit the three bottom connections and the PCB connectors.
11. Fit the earth wires and secure with the nut.
12. Feed the harness back to the components listed above.
Use clips to retain in position and connect.
