1.

Fit the 'cut to length' flue on to the
flue turret.

Note.

Ensure the groove in the flue

aligns with the top of the turret

.

2.

Drill a 3.2mm dia. hole through the
flue via the hole present in the
turret.

3.

Before securing the turret to the
flue terminal fit the inner flue seal
to the turret.

4. Secure the turret to the flue, using

the self tapping screw provided.

Note.

BEFORE fitting the flue turret, fill the condensate trap within

the boiler by pouring a cupful of water into the flue outlet A.

1.

Insert the flue assembly through the
prepared hole in the wall far enough to
allow the rubber seal to unfold
completely and form an adequate seal
on the outside wall.

2.

Pull the flue back and locate the flue
turret on the top of the boiler ensuring
that the seal is in place.

3.

Secure the flue turret on top of the
boiler by inserting the open ends of the
turret clamp under the 2 studs and
fixing it in the middle with the single M5
x 10mm pozi-hex screw provided.

4. After securing the flue turret to the

top of the boiler slide the inner flue
seal along the terminal to make good
the inside wall face around the flue.

5.

Flues over 1 metre long.
Fix the flue support bracket to the wall,
using the wall plug and wood screw.
For standard installations use the short
wood screw.
If the stand-off option is used, secure
the support bracket using the spacer
bracket and long wood screw.
