About This Manual
This product manual describes the PCI-DIO32 interface adapter board and
how to install and program it.
Note: Additional technical information and BIOS updates are available from
the ICS Advent Web site, www.icsadvent.com, along with advanced
troubleshooting information in FAQs and release notes.
The following is a summary of the chapter contents:
Chapter 1, Introduction, provides an overview of the PCI-DIO32
board and what is included in the shipping package.
Chapter 2, Installation, describes how install the software drivers
and install the board into a PCI expansion slot in your system.
Chapter 3, Technical Description, describes the board features,
input ports, output ports (reed relay), and drivers.
Chapter 4, Specifications, provides board specifications, such as
power requirements, operating environment, and agency approvals.
Appendix A, Troubleshooting, provides steps that can eliminate
most common problems.
Appendix B, Board Layout Drawing, provides the board layout
drawing.
