no module with the specified address.
Examples:

Response:!01
Enables the host watchdog of module 01 and sets
the host watchdog timeout value to 10.0 seconds.
The module returns a valid response.
Command:~012
Response:!01164
Reads the host watchdog timeout value of module
01. The module returns 164, which denotes that
the host watchdog is enabled and the host
watchdog timeout value is 10.0 seconds.
