15. Loosen the Adjustment Knob (35) and pull it 

outward. Then, insert the Seat Post (84) into the 

Frame (1), and release the Adjustment Knob. 

Move the Seat Post upward or downward 

slightly to make sure that the Adjustment 

Knob is engaged in one of the adjustment 

holes in the Seat Post. Then, tighten the 

Adjustment Knob.
