Jog Wheel:
Turn the Jog Wheel to quickly adjust the playhead position on the grid, visible in the Arrange
Window in Logic Pro X.
Scrub = Toggle Scrub : appliesto the Jog Wheel
Shift + Scrub = Toggle Shuttle : turn the Jog Wheel to adjust playback speed
Play - Scrub = Pause playback
There are options in Logic Pro X for scrubbing:
Preferences -> Audio -> Editing
To enable audio scrub in Logic Pro X, select “Scrubbing with audio…”
(On Platform M+, scrub is activated by pressing down the jog wheel.)
Transport:
The Transport section is used to operate playback.
Play = Begin playback
Stop = Stop playback
