PANEL DESCRIPTION

RX SPEAKER KEY

Push to turn the RX speaker functon ON or OFF.
When the RX speaker functon s turned ON, the receved 
audo can be heard va the external speaker.

•  Ths functon s avalable when the external speaker s addtonally 

connected.

•  Ths functon s useful when you are out of the vehcle.
•  The audo output level s lnked to the transcever’s volume control.

LIGHT KEY

Push to turn the transcever’s backlght ON for about 5 sec. 
when the backlght functon s turned OFF n user set mode.

LOCK KEY

Push and hold to electroncally lock all programmable keys 
except the followng:

[Mon(Aud)],  [Lght],  [Lock],  [Call]  (ncl.  Call  A  and  Call  B), 
[Emergency], [Survellance], [Lone Worker] and [OPT 1/2/3].

LONE WORKER KEY

Push to turn the Lone Worker functon ON or OFF.

•  If the Lone Worker functon s actvated, the Emergency functon s 

automatcally turned ON after the specfied tme perod has passed 
wth no operaton s performed.

HIGH/LOW KEY

Push to select the transmt output power temporarly or per-
manently, dependng on the pre-settng.

•  Ask your dealer for the output power level for each selecton.

TONE/RAN CH SELECT KEY

  Whle n analog mode operaton, push to enter the con-

tnuous tone channel selecton mode. Then select the 
desred tone frequency/code settng wth [CH Up] or [CH 
Down]. After the selecton, push ths key agan to set.

  Whle n dgtal mode operaton, push to enter the RAN 

channel selecton mode. Then select the desred RAN set-
tng wth [CH Up] or [CH Down]. After the selecton, push 
ths key agan to set.

  Whle n mxed (dgtal and analog) mode operaton, push 

to enter the contnuous tone channel selecton mode. 
Then select the desred tone frequency/code settng wth 
[CH Up] or [CH Down]. After the selecton, push ths key 
to set. After that, the RAN channel selecton screen ap-
pears. Select the desred RAN settng wth [CH Up] or [CH 
Down]. After the selecton, push ths key agan to set.

C.TONE CH ENT KEY

Push to select the contnuous tone channel usng [CH Up]/
[CH Down] to change the tone frequency/code settng after 
pushng ths key. The selected channel remans set as the 
contnuous tone channel untl another channel s desgnated 
as such. (Analog or mxed mode operaton only)

TALK AROUND KEY

Push to turn the talk around functon ON and OFF.

•  The talk around functon equalzes the transmt frequency to the 

receve frequency for transcever-to-transcever communcaton.
