Solution
The LCD screen does not
work.
I cannot plug the power cord into the
outlet.
Check the connection on the outlet.
If the fan inside works, the product is
connected.
The product is powered off.
The backlight is turned off 5 seconds
after turning power on, and then the
LCD screen is on after about 20~30
seconds.
A cable inside is cut off, or the board
is damaged.
Contact the customer center for
servicing.
The spiral rotation is
stopped.
I poured too much ingredient.
(The spiral has frozen)
Power off and thaw the product.
The spiral or canister has been
deformed (this can happen if washing
or sanitizing was done using water
hotter than 80℃)
Replace the spiral or canister.
The spiral axis has worn out.
(The part interconnecting with the
shaft in the middle of the cylinder has
worn out.)
Replace the spiral by contacting the
customer center.
Ingredient does not come
out from the outlet.
There is too little ice beer.
Be sure to refill the ingredients
frequently. (Minimum: 3ℓ)
Slush has been set to strong, and it
has frozen.
Adjust the screw on the motor cover
on the back of the product.
If slush is not made
properly.
Too little slush is made considering
the amount of ingredient.
Be sure to use the appropriate amount
of ingredient in the tank.( Slush: 3ℓ)
Too much ingredient, or the control
strength is set at 1
Make sure that the amount is
appropriate, and that the control level
is higher (2~4).
“Cold storage” does not work.
The product has to be set to “Slush.”
Did you press the " " button (Operate
or Stop)?"
Press the " " button. (Green light
means that the product is running.)
I hear water running when
the product is running or
when it is stopped.
The sound is from the flowing
refrigerant; it does not mean any
malfunction.

Product keeps running
without stopping.
Control is set at 4 with a small
amount of ingredient.
Fill with more ingredient and lower the
level.
The ice beer temperature is set too
low, or the amount of ingredient
has gone below the level of the
temperature sensor in the canister.
Set the temperature at -7℃ and fill
with ingredient to make it higher than
the temperature sensor.
The condenser has too much dust.
Clean the condenser.
Air circulation on both sides of the
product is not smooth.
Consider moving the product to a
location where the hot air from the
product can be ventilated with minimal
interruption.
