a) Sealing missing or not
properly installed

mix.
b) Machine not
sufficiently cleaned
and sanitized.
a) Check and proceed as
necessary
a) I m p r o v e p r e p a r a t i o n
procedure by sanitizing all the
containers, spoons, etc. and
have the mix analyzed before
it is put into the machine.
b) Empty the machine and
wash it thoroughly.
Sanitize as indicated under
chapter 6 of this manual.
