Maintenance
- Cleaning the scooter: if there are stains on the surface, use a soft cloth with a small amount of water
moistened to clean it. (Tip: do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other corrosive and volatile
chemicals to clean as it may damage the bodywork and internal structure of the scooter). It is forbidden
to use a pressure water gun to spray and wash the scooter as water can penetrate inside and damage
the electrical part of the scooter. Before starting to clean, make sure the scooter is turned off, it is not
plugged in and the charging ports are tightly closed.
- When not using the scooter, please store it indoors dry and cool and avoid keeping it outdoors for a
long time. Also, exposure to the sun, heat or cold environments will damage the appearance of the
scooter and reduce its useful life.
- The wheels of the scooter are pneumatic. When the tire pressure drops by 20-30%, it should be
inflated with a recommended weight of 3-3.5kg. They should be inflated once every 2-3 months and this
will reduce the possibility of punctures and maintain a good state of conservation.
- Do not use other types of batteries, brands or battery packs as it may cause safety risks.
- It is forbidden to disassemble, tighten or pierce the scooter as well as to touch the battery contacts. It
is also forbidden to throw it into water or fire (even near stoves, heaters, etc., or exposure to
temperatures above 50ºC.) It should be avoided that the battery comes into contact with metal objects
as they can cause a short circuit and therefore both serious damage.
- If water enters the battery cavity it can cause damage to the internal circuitry and therefore there will
be a risk. If you suspect, report it immediately for review.
- Only the original charger can be used, otherwise the battery may be damaged and cause risks.
- Do not throw the battery in the trash as it could harm the environment. Find out where to get rid of it.
