In the following we will list the most common failures together with the indications and the counteractive measures.You will
never have to open the device. If you cannot repair the device yourself, please contact a merchant or a local car workshop.

Booting
The device does not
start.
The battery of your car is empty. Change the battery of your car of try to
charge it.
The fuse of our device or a fuse or your
car has been damaged.
Exchange the damaged fuse.
Display
Inaccurate or delayed touchscreen
reaction.
The device is currently opening or working
on an application.
Wait until the process has been finished.
The Display is black. The on-screen display has
been deactivated.
Tap on the display.
Sound
You are unable to hear sound through
the boxes of your car.
The wiring has been done imcompletely
or a cable has been damaged.
Investigate the cables and exchange
them if they are broken.
Some audio settings are incorrect or
the sound system of your car is not
supported.
Investigate the audio settings.
Your car has a pre-installed
soundsystem (Bose, Harman-Cardon
etc.)
Kontakt your local merchant for a
adaptation.
The sound is distorted, overdriven or you can
hear background noises.
The equalizer settings have been done
wrong.
Check the audio settings.
