2.4 Pressure Sensors
Use the Innovative Controls Inc. pressure sensor part numbers 3050471 or 3050472 for 0PSI to 300 or
600 PSI full scale discharge pressure. Use the 3050473 or 3050474 pressure sensors for -30PSI to 300
or 600 PSI intake pressure. Install the pump discharge pressure sensor on the discharge manifold side of
the pump. Install the pump intake pressure sensors on the intake manifold side of the pump when
applicable. The pressure sensor 300 or 600 PSI full scale range must be set in the configuration menu.
2.4.1 Pressure Sensor Installation
It is recommended that the pressure sensors be installed with the NPT measurement port facing down
and the connector facing up. This orientation will allow the pressure measurement port to drain when the
pump manifold is drained and prevent debris from damaging the sensor. The pressure sensor part
numbers and dimensions are located in Table 8 and Figure 5 below:
