Attention notices
An attention notice indicates the possibility of damage to a program, device, or
system, or to data. An exclamation point symbol might accompany an attention
notice, but is not required. A sample attention notice follows:
Attention: Do not bend a fiber cable to a radius less than 5 cm (2 in.); you can
damage the cable. Do not use tie wraps for optical cables; they can be easily
overtightened and damage the cable.
ESD precautions
Attention: Many of the field replaceable units (FRUs) are sensitive to electrostatic
discharge (ESD), and can potentially be damaged by improper handling. Wear a
wrist grounding strap that is connected to chassis ground (if the SAN768B-2 is
plugged in) or a bench ground. Store all ESD-sensitive components in antistatic
packaging.
