Attach the bracket to the switch with the four M4 screws originally
provided with the bracket.

Repeat with the other front rack-mount bracket on the other side of the
switch.

Install the C brackets as follows:

Attach the bracket to the switch with the two M3 screws originally
provided with the bracket.

Install the slider rails in the rack. Position one of the slider rails against the
rack mounting rails and align the screw holes.
