job
control

NIC.

is

Enhanced

The
NIC
waits
for
the
printer
to
finish
receiving
the
current
job
before
sending
another
job.
The
status
line
shows
“done”
when
the
job
is
fully
printed.

Off
.
No
job
synchronization
between
the
NIC
and
the
printer.
Ethernet
Hotport
Gives
the
printer
the
ability
to
handle
multiple
data
streams
simultaneously.
It
allows
the
printer
to
service
hosts
attached
to
the
serial,
Ethernet,
and
either
the
coax
or
twinax
ports
as
if
they
were
the
only
interface
connected.
Timeout:
This
is
the
value
used
by
the
printer
to
time
out
from
the
current
port
and
check
the
other
ports
for
data
to
print.
When
the
printer
has
not
received
data
from
the
host
after
a
certain
period
of
time,
it
needs
to
Timeout
in
order
to
service
the
other
ports.
