install

a

compression

card,

complete

the

following

steps.

Compression card

1.

Touch

the

static-protective

package

that

contains

the

compression

card

to

any

unpainted

metal

surface

on

the

BladeCenter

unit

or

any

unpainted

metal

surface

on

any

other

grounded

rack

component;

then,

remove

the

compression

card

from

the

package.

2.

Orient

the

compression

card

over

the

system

board.

3.

Slide

the

end

of

the

card

into

the

raised

compression-card

bracket;

then,

gently

pivot

the

card

into

the

compression-card

connector.

Install

the
