The spray pattern shape is adjusted
by turning the air cap (spray tip) to
the desired position (vertical,
horizontal, or circular position)
providing different spray needs
making work more efficient.
For vertical surfaces, use a horizontal pattern by turning the air
cap into position I. Horizontal jets are used for long-tall surfaces.
For horizontal surfaces, use a vertical pattern by turning into
position II. These are used for wide small-medium size surfaces.
For corners, edges and other hard to access places use a circular
pattern, turning to position III.
Two sized nozzles are provided with
this spray gun
. This Spray gun features
nozzle sizes of
ø
1.8mm and 2.6mm that
can suit different painting projects.
The 1.8 mm nozzle is for thin paints or low viscosity materials
(sealers and varnish) and 2.6mm nozzles for thicker paints or
high viscosity materials (chalk type paints).
For changing nozzles, Loosen and remove the union nut (2) and
air cap (1) from the paint head. Remove the nozzle and replace
with the desired size. Tighten the air cap onto the paint head to
secure the nozzle.
