WARNING!
Do not use the product if it is damaged or shows
wear. Switch the product off immediately if you are disturbed while
working by other people entering the working area.
To ensure you are drilling on a level plane, use the built-in level on
the top of the Drill.
Always use sharp bits. Dull or damaged bits may cause undue
stress on the drill and possibly break, causing injury.
Refer specific instructions on page no. 6 before operation
.
Plug the power cord into a suitable outlet. Slide the direction
lever of the trigger to determine the rotation direction of the
chuck. Slide to the left side (from operator position) for clockwise
chuck rotation and to the right for counter-clockwise rotation.
Secure the work piece to keep it from moving during the drilling
operation. Use a punch to mark the position of the hole.
Press the trigger to start the tool. The trigger has a variable speed
feature. Pressing it lightly will make the tool operate slowly,
pressing more will cause the tool to operate faster
You can lock the trigger in the ON position for continuous
operation by the trigger, pressing in the lock ON button, and
releasing the trigger.
To stop the tool, press and release the trigger.
For Drillig Wood,
Use high speed bits or bits specially designed for
wood drilling, such as brad point, spade bits etc,. Do not lock the
trigger in the ON position, as the bit can easily jam in wood and the
motor must be stopped quickly.
For Drillig Metal (Steel),
Use high speed steel, carbide bits. When
drilling large holes in metal, start by drilling a smaller pilot hole,
then using a larger bit for the final size hole.
