The text is spoken for the user convenience.
Touch & hold delay:
Lets you adjust the delay required for the Mobile to notice that you're
touching and holding an item (for example, to move an app to a Home screen).
Display
Color inversion:
Color inversion exchanges color values. For example, black text on a
white screen becomes white text on a black screen.
Color correction:
The color correction setting enables your device to compensate for
color blindness.
5.23 Printing
Some printers let you print from your Android phone over a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.
However, if your printer doesn‘t have such capabilities, you can register your printer to
Google Cloud Print, a technology and service that lets you connect your printer to the Web,
making your printers accessible wherever you are.

OEM unlocking :
Allow the bootloader to be unlocked.
Running services :
View and control currently running services.
USB debugging:
When you connect your phone to laptop/PC, the following image will pop
up on your screen, it will sync your phone with Laptop/PC through USB connectivity.
Revoke USB debugging authorizations :
Revoke access to USB debugging from all
computers you‘ve previously authorized.
