(depending

providing
the
following
minimum
distances
are
allowed:
700
mm
between
the
hob
surface
and
the
underside
of
any
horizontal
surface
above
it.
650mm
distance
between
cooktop
and
base
of
Rangehood
filters
should
be
present..
50
mm
clearance
around
the
appliance
and
between
the
hob
surface
and
any
combustible
materials.

When
unpacking
the
appliance
please
check
that
the

Installing
the
appliance
Cut
a
hole
in
the
worktop
that
corresponds
with
the
drawing
shown
below.
Heat
shield
requirement
IMPORTANT:
When
installing
the
cooktop
above
a
drawer
or
cupboard
with
access
from
the
underside
a
heat
shield
must
be
fitted
a
minimum
25mm
below
the
base
of
the
cooktop
as
illustrated
below
to
prevent
injury
from
heat
generated
from
the
cooktop.
When
installed
above
an
oven
this
heat
shield
is
not
required.
