The charging procedure is as follows:

Using a USB cable

1. Plug USB charging cable into the USB port of the computer

2.  Plug the other end of the USB cable into the headset. 

Red light on: Charging 

Red light off: Finish charging

3. It will take about 2.5 hours to complete the charging.

2. Pairing the Headset with Bluetooth Devices

1) How to enter Pairing Mode

note:

1) The battery is recyclable. 

2)  Batteries (the battery pack or batteries installed) must not 

be exposed to excessive heat, such as in the sunshine or 

near to a fire. 

Getting started

1. Turning the headset on/off 

note: 

Pairing mode will last 2 minutes. If no devices can be connected 

after 2 minutes, it will return to standby mode automatically.

2)  Pairing the Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone

 

Prior to using the headset for the first time, you have to pair 

it with a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. The pairing proce-

dure will vary with different models of mobile phones. Refer 

to your mobile phone user’s manual for further information. 

The general pairing procedure is as follows:

  1)  Keep your headset and phone within 1 metre when  

pairing.

  2)  Make the headset enter pairing mode (please refer to 

“How to enter pairing mode˝).

  3)  Activate your cell phone’s Bluetooth function and set your 

cell phone to search for Bluetooth devices within range,  

and select “i.onik BTH-033” from the list of devices shown.

  4)  According to the indication, enter password or PIN  

number: “0000”.

  5)  If prompted by your mobile phone to connect, select “Yes” 

(this will vary depending on the mobile phone being used).

  6)  After successful connecting, the blue LED indicator flashes 

twice every 4 seconds or flashes 3 times every 4 seconds.

note: 

 

In order to save power, the headset will turn off automatically 

after 5 minutes if no devices are connected.
