During use it is advisable to periodically check the security of the disc clamping nut, side 

handle and disc guard. 

6.11.

 

Never immerse the grinding/cutting disc into any type of lubricant including water. The 

angle grinder is a dry grinder/cutter. Failure to observe this may result in a fatal electric shock. 

6.12.

 

Always keep mains power lead to the rear of the work being cut or ground. 

6.13.

 

The sound intensity level for the operator may exceed 85dB (A). Suitable ear protection 

must be worn by the operator.

Lubrication

All of the bearings in this tool are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade lubricant 

for the life of the unit under normal operating conditions. Therefore, no further lubrication is 
required.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE 

 

 

Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum based products, 
penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts. 
Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may result in serious 
personal injury.

Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from 
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean clothes to 
remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. 

7.2.

 

Lubrication

All of the bearings in this tool are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade lubricant 

for the life of the unit under normal operating conditions. Therefore, no further lubrication is
