6.2 Controller Function Manual 2
This function manual is applicable to 18K and 24K model. Temperatures in this function manual
are written in unit of centi degree. In case of degree Fahrenheit, conversion equation for the two is:
T
F
=T
℃
x1.8+32.
1 Temperature parameters
◆
Room set temperature (T
set
)
◆
Room ambient temperature (T
amb
)
2 Fundamental functions of system
After being powered on, no matter when the compressor is started, the time interval between two
start-ups cannot be less than 3 minutes. When there is memory function, in the first charging, if it
is shut down before power failure, compressor does not need three-minute’s delay; if is is started
before power failure, compressor needs three-minute’s delay. Once compressor is started, it will
not shut down along with changes of ambient temperature in six minutes.

, COOL mode will act. The compressor and outdoor fan will run, and the indoor
fan will run at the set speed.
If T
amb
≤
T
set
-1
℃
, the compressor and the outdoor fan will stop, and the indoor fan will run at the
set speed.
If T
set

In this mode, the four-way valve will not be powered on and the temperature setting range is
16~30
℃
. Monitor displays running symbol, cooling symbol and set temperature.
②
Protection function
◆
Antifreezing protection
When the antifreezing protection is detected, the compressor and the outdoor fan will stop running,
and the indoor fan will keep running at the set speed. When antifreezing protection is eliminated
and the compressor has stopped for 3 minutes, the compressor will resume running in the original
mode.
