Maintenance

Normal maintenance
• The connection hose, spray gun and hose must be inspected and cleaned regularly to avoid blockage
or leakage.
• To clean the nozzle, separate the launchers of the spray gun, clean the nozzle with a piece of stiff wire
or paper clip to remove dirt, then let water pass through the nozzle and then, back to the spear gun.
• If the nozzle cleaning method seems inefficient, change the nozzle.
• Check the condition of the water pipe; replace it if there are fissures, cracks.
• Control the filtering element of the air filter. Dusting, removing dirt and keeping it clean.
• Check the fasteners to ensure proper tightening.
• Check the oil level
2. Clean the air filter after every 25 hours of use. The specific cleaning method is as follows:
• Remove the air filter cover;
• Remove foam filter, replace it with a new oiled filter or clean with lukewarm water and mild soap;
• Replace the filter element foam by evenly pressing to ensure that the foam is well seated in the right
position
• Replace the air filter cover such that it is well placed and is fixed by the locking tabs.
3. To ensure the good condition of the spark plug, proceed according to the following method:
• 1. Check the spark plug at the beginning of each season.
• 2. Disconnect the cap of the spark plug and remove debris and dust around the plug area.
• 3. Remove the spark plug and replace it if it detects the following faults:
The electrode was burned out of porcelain or high carbon deposit on the spark plug.
• 4. The gap between the electrodes should be 0.6-0.7 mm (0.024-0.028in)

• Replace the spark plug cap.
4. It is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the engine oil. To change the oil, proceed as follows:
• Place the cleaner on a flat surface, first heat the engine for a few minutes and then stop the engine.
Close the fuel cock;
• Loosen the drain screw;
• Place a pan under the engine, tilt the cleaner to completely drain the engine oil.
• Place again the cleaner on a flat surface;
• Do not tilt the cleaner when filling the engine oil to prevent an oil spill that would be harmful to the
engine.
• Check the condition of the seal and tighten the drain screw
• Add engine oil up to the maximum limit.
