Seek 1:
Press and hold PREVIOUS/NEXT buttons. The radio will seek the next strong and clear frequency station.
Repeat to seek more stations in your listening area with a strong signal.
Seek 2:
Press and hold PREVIOUS/NEXT buttons for station search. The search will not cease until you release the
button.
MONO/STEREO (in FM radio mode only)
Select STEREO or MONO. Improvement of reception of distant stations can be done by selecting “MONO” operation
that may cut down some reception noise.
LOCAL/DX
Select “DX” or “LOCAL”. “LOCAL” means the local signal will be searched first, while “DX” means the nearest
frequency will be searched first.
VOL LAST/ADJUST
In this mode the unit will be turned on with the same volume level at which the unit was shut down last time. You can
rotate VOLUME knob or press VOL+/VOL- buttons on the RC to switch to “VOL ADJ”. Press SEL button to confirm,
then “A-VOL” will be displayed. At this time, rotate VOLUME knob or press VOL+/VOL- buttons on the RC to set the
volume level you need. This will be the preset sound level for unit. Then every time the unit will be turned on with this
volume level. Leave the unit idle for the new setting to take effect.
Time clock setting
The clock can be set anytime when the power is on. Press CLK button and then press and hold CLK button for 3 seconds,
the time indication will blink on the display. Rotate VOLUME knob clockwise or press VOL+ button on the RC to adjust
hours. Rotate VOLUME knob anti-clockwise or press VOL- button on the RC to adjust minutes. Press CLK button again
for the new setting to take effect.
Press CLK button anytime to view the time display.
