During MASK DPI mode, the unit will mask only the AF which has different PI, this is the default mode; during MASK
ALL mode, the unit will mask the AF which has different PI and no RDS signal with high field strength.
RETUNE S/L - SHORT/LONG
"RETUNE" refers to the time period the unit allows for radio scan when reception is interrupted. “S” represents a time
period of 30 seconds and “L” represents a time period of 90 seconds.
DSP mode
Select EQ effect: POP => ROCK => CLASSIC => FLAT => DSP OFF.
LOUD mode
LOUD function is to emphasize the bass output; the word LOUD ON on the display indicates that the LOUD mode is on.
ESP
CD Electronic Shock Protection
The electronic shock protection is ideal for driving uneven road. When the display shows “ESP 12”, rotate VOLUME
knob or press VOL+/VOL- buttons so that the setting will be changed to “ESP 45”, indicating that Electronic Shock
Protection for 45 seconds is activated.
MP3 Electronic Shock Protection
This unit is built-in with 120 seconds of electronic shock protection for MP3 so that you can better enjoy your music.
MULT
This unit can read multi-session CDs. The multi-session reading will be activated automatically if the player detects a file
that is written in multi-session format. Press and hold SEL button, then press SEL button to cycle through the menu
selections until “MULT OFF” is shown. Use VOL knob to choose “MULT ON” or “MULT OFF”. The default is MULT
OFF.
BEEP ON/OFF mode
BEEP ON: Beep sound can be heard from speaker when the buttons are pressed. BEEP OFF: no beep sound is heard.
SEEK
Select “SEEK 1” or “SEEK 2”.
