Likvidace starého elektrického a elektronického zařízení
Tento symbol na výrobku, jeho příslušenství nebo na jeho obalu označuje, že s

výrobek na příslušné sběrné místo, kde bude provedena recyklace takového
elektrického a elektronického zařízení. V Evropské unii a v ostatních evropských
zemích existují sběrná místa pro použité elektrické a elektronické zařízení. Tím, že
zajistíte správnou likvidaci výrobku, můžete předejít možným negativním následkům pro životní
prostředí a lidské zdraví, které se mohou v opačném případě projevit jako důsledek nesprávné
manipulace s tímto výrobkem. Recyklace materiálů přispívá k ochraně přírodních zdrojů. Z
tohoto důvodu prosím nevyhazujte staré elektrické a elektronické zařízení do domovního odpadu.

Using the slicer
1. Clean all parts of the appliance before the first use.
2. Assemble the thumb guard and the sliding feed table as shown in fig. 3.

Unfold the appliance and put it on a flat, stable table.
4. Remove the food tray from support and place it as shown in fig. 4.
5. Place the sliding feed table into the slots; see fig. 5.
6. Move the sliding feed table slowly backward and then forward until it reach a position where
the sliding feed table fit with the support and it become ‘flat’.
7. Add the food pusher.
8. Select the slicing thickness by turning the adjusting knob.
9. Plug in the appliance. The slicer is now ready for use.
10. Lay the food to be sliced between the blade and the piece holder.
11. Push simultaneously the on/off button and the safety lock with your left hand. The blade will
start rotating. For safety reasons, the appliance only works if both buttons are pushed.
12 Push the sliding feed table with your right hand to bring the food to the blade.
13. To avoid food sticking to the appliance, you can moisten the blade with a wet towel beforehand.
This also allows you to slice more easily.
14. Always use the piece holder when slicing small parts.
15. Do not slice meat with bones, food with large seeds, rolled roast without removing the string,
wrappers (i.e. aluminum foil), frozen food or any hard, inedible food parts.
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance.
2. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a paper towel or a soft cloth. It should not be
washed in a dishwasher.
3. Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will
damage the finish.
4. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
5. The blade can be taken off by turning the blade-locking knob. Caution: the blade is very
sharp. After having cleaned the blade, turn the knob anti-clockwise to lock the blade.
6. Dry all parts well before storage.
