WhEN ThE DEVICE IS NOT WORKING
Under any circumstances do not try to repair the device yourself, otherwise the warranty will
cease to be valid. Do not open the device cover; there is a risk of electric shock. Before you
bring the device to a service centre, please check the following points first. If you are not able to
solve the problem using these instructions, please contact your dealer.
WARRANTy
We provide a warranty of 4 months from the date of sale applicable to the products we sold.
The warranty applies to malfunctions and defects that appeared during the warranty period hav-
ing been caused by defect of manufacturing or the materials used. The warranty applies only if
the product was used in accordance with the operation manual and was connected to correct
mains voltage.
The warranty claim may be applied only upon presenting the warranty certificate and the origi-
nal document proving the purchase of the product (bill) with the product type identification, date
and readable stamp of the store. The claim may be applied at the dealer, from which the product
was purchased or at any authorised service centre.
Customers will lose their right to warranty repair or service free of charge in the following cases:
•
Interference in the device by unauthorised person.
•
Damage to the device caused by natural disaster.
•
Any alteration of the warranty certificate made by unauthorised person.
•
The warranty certificate is not completed or has been lost.
•
The device was used for other than usual purposes, in particular if it was used for profes-
sional or other profit-making activities.
•
Apparent mechanical damage.
The warranty does not apply to the wear and tear of the device beyond the scope of normal use.
Damage to accessory does not constitute automatic reason for replacement of complete device
free of charge.
This device has been tested according to every applicable CE directive in force, like for exam-
ple the electromagnetic compatibility directive or the low voltage safety directive and has been
designed in accordance with the latest safety regulations. The material used in the device is in
compliance with the latest European Union directives.
WhEN ThE WARRANTy EXPIRES
After the warranty period expiration, repairs are performed for a consideration in the respective
stores or authorised service centres.
