BATTERY

Use a battery rated at 12V, 18Ah or more. 

Do not reverse polarity. Serious damage to the
engine and/or battery may occur. 

A battery can explode if you do not follow the
correct procedure, seriously injuring anyone
nearby. Keep all sparks, open flames and 
smoking materials away from the battery.

Check the electrolyte level to be sure that it is
between the marks on the case. If the level is below
the lower mark, remove the caps and add distilled
water to bring the electrolyte level to the upper
mark. The cells should be equally full.
