Status indicators on the MasterBox front panel

The following indicators are on the MasterBox front panel:

INDICATOR

 

STATUSES

 

Hotspot 

Off: Hotspot mode of the MasterBox is off. 
Blinking: the MasterBox is in process of switching on/off Hotspot 
mode. 
On: the MasterBox is in Hotspot mode. 

Internet 

On: the MasterBox has no Internet connection. 
Blinking: the MasterBox is in the process of connecting to the 
Internet. 
Off: the MasterBox is connected to the Internet. 

Platform 

On: there is a problem with the connection to the CMS web portal. 
Blinking: the MasterBox is in the process of connecting to the CMS 
web portal. 
Off: the MasterBox is connected to the CMS web portal. 

Devices 

On: there are possibly problems with the Devices (to see details, go 

to Devices → Controls) or the Wall Devices are disconnected from the 

power mains. 
Off: everything is OK. 

The red light indicator of the MasterBox located above the Sync socket is blinking when 
the MasterBox is sending any command (via the Sync cable).
