Safety trigger operation

The Powermax30 is equipped with a safety trigger to prevent accidental firings. When you are
ready to cut with the torch, flip the yellow safety trigger forward (toward the torch head) and press
the torch trigger as show below.

Hand torch operation

WARNING

INSTANT-ON TORCHES

PLASMA ARC CAN CAUSE INJURY AND BURNS

Plasma arc comes on im me di ate ly when the torch trigger is activated. 
The plasma arc will cut quickly through gloves and skin.
•  Keep away from the torch tip.
•  Do not hold the workpiece and keep your hands clear of the cutting path.
•  Never point the torch toward yourself or others.
