Barrel Surface Clean:Use a paper towel or disposable rag, moistened with warm soapy water to wipe
the grease from the outside of the pellet grill. Never use abrasive cleaning pads, abrasive cleansers or
oven cleaner on the outside pellet grill surfaces.
Outside Storage: If the pellet grill is placed outside during the rainy season, ensure that rain does not
get into the pellet hopper. Wood pellets, when wet, inflate greatly and will block the auger and auger
tube. We advise to use a grill cover to protect your pellet grill if possible. In addition, if the rainwater
does get into auger tube, please clean out all wet wood pellets in auger tube before igniting.
TROUBLESHOOTINGS
WARNING: Always disconnect the electrical cord prior to opening the grill for any inspection,
cleaning,maintenance or service work. Ensure the grill is completely cooled to avoid injury.

Turn on the power switch and turn the Temperature Control Dial to a
temperature setting.

Ensure unit is plugged into a working power source. Reset breaker. Ensure
GFCI is a minimum 10 Amp service (see Electric Wire Diagram for access
to electric components).Ensure all wire connections are firmly connected
and dry.
If the power cord is connected to a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter),
check and reset if necessary.
The GFCI
outlet has
been tripped.
Remove hopper access panel (see Electric Wire Diagram for diagram), and
ensure all wire connections are firmly connected and dry. Ensure GFCI is a
minimum 10 Amp service.
Fuse Blown On
The
Control Board
Remove the control and check the fuse on back. Replace the fuse if
blown. REINSTALL THE CONTROL. DANGER! Turn the switch OFF (O)
and disconnect the power cord.
Faulty Control
Board
Control Board needs to be replaced. Contact our customer support.
