CONNECTING TO SOUND SOURCES - WIRED DIGITAL
1.
Connect the soundbar to the sound source using the appropriate digital cable.
HDMI and optical cables are not included.
2.
Turn on the soundbar with the button on the side panel or with the remote
control. The remote control must face the infrared receiver of the device (the
right part of the front of the device behind the masking net).
3.
Operation of the digital input mode (HDMI or optical) is indicated by an orange
LED. If the LED of a different colour is on, switch the unit's operating mode to
digital input.
4.
Sound control (e.g. changing or rewinding songs) including the use of the
optical connector is carried out directly from the connected sound source. In
the case of HDMI ARC connection, it is possible to use the TV remote control
to control the soundbar. Make sure that the HDMI CEC function is enabled in
your TV's settings - please refer to your TV's user manual for this.
The HDMI ARC connection can be used with devices and cables that comply with
HDMI 1.4 or higher.
CONNECTING TO SOUND SOURCES - WIRELESS
Before using a Bluetooth device with a soundbar for the first time, the pairing
procedure must be carried out.
1.
Turn on the soundbar in Bluetooth mode.
2.
A blue LED on the right side of the device should flash, which means that the
soundbar is ready for pairing.
3.
Turn on the Bluetooth function in the audio source and go to its settings.
4.
Search for available devices and select HYKER SOUNDBAR 2in1 from the list.
5.
If necessary, confirm the pairing by entering PIN 0000 in the audio source.
6.
From now on, when the soundbar is turned on in Bluetooth mode, it will
automatically connect to the paired device.
7.
The sound (e.g. changing or rewinding songs) in this mode of operation can
be controlled by the remote control, the side panel or the connected sound
source.
CONNECTING TO SOUND SOURCES - USB
The supported formats are mp3, wav and wma. The maximum supported size of the
connected storage is 32 GB.
1.
Connect the USB mass storage device to the soundbar using the USB
connector on the back of the device.
2.
Turn on the soundbar with the button on the side panel or with the remote
control. The remote control must face the infrared receiver of the device (the
right part of the front of the device behind the masking net).
3.
Unless the soundbar is already in another mode, USB operation starts
automatically when supported files are detected on the storage device.
4.
The USB mode is indicated by a flashing orange light.
