4. Slide the wide end of the cover into the
tool towards the front of the head.
5. Using your thumb, press the narrow end of
the cover to snap it into place.
Cleaning the Hose and Manifold:
The
Vacuum Hose
can be removed at the tool by following the same proce-
dure as Adjusting the Vacuum Relief, but instead, pull the hose completely
from the tool. This will give you access to the back of the tool and will also
allow you to remove any visible debris from the hose.
To clean the
Vacuum Manifold
, simply remove debris where the
Vacuum Hose
of the
machine is normally connected.
Cleaning the Solution Injector Bar:
The
Solution Injector Bar
needs to be cleaned
with a .006 feeler gauge.
Slide the feeler gauge into the small
slot.Gently slide the gauge back and
forth to clear any debris from the opening.
The
Solution Injector Bar
is made from aluminum, be careful not to apply excessive
force or use an inappropriate tool when clearing debris from the slot.
