4 | Start-up

Plug the transformer cable
into the receptacle
on the massage
roll.

Then plug the transformer into the wall receptacle (power source). The
device is now ready to be used.
4.1 | Operating instructions

For either massage
or heat,
press the appropriately labeled
button on the end of the massage roll. As confirmation of the selected
function, the button illuminates for the duration of the use.

A repeated press of the button
turns off the function.
The respective LED is extinguished.
4.2 | Uses
The massage roll with heat may be used on any body part. In the regions of
the neck, however, a massage should not exceed approximately 5 minutes.
Here, a massage without the additional heating function is recommended.
For a soothing massage of the calves, it is best to place both calves are placed
on the device. For minor pain of the lumbar regions, the support and warmth
of the device is especially soothing. We recommend using the massage roll
on a soft, plyable surface such as a bed, couch or easy chair.
5 | Cleaning and storing
• The product is not machine-washable. The plush cover is removable and
warm water washable. For cleaning, unzip the plush cover and pull out the
filling containing the motor. Open the hook and loop fastener located be
