8. Errors and troubleshooting
Error Cause(s) Remedy
The pump is pumping in the
wrong direction Check the rotational
direction of the motor and,
if necessary, reverse the
phases.
Shut-off device outside of the
CSM in the intake or pressure
line is closed. Open shut-off device.
Suction strainer in suction line
of gear pump is dirty. Clean the suction strainer
No flow
The driver between the motor
and the pump is loose or
defective Check the driver and, if
necessary, replace it.
No function No electrical connection Check the electrical
connection: plug, cable and
socket

operating and maintenance manual.
