Performing maintenance

Checking / Replacing hoses

Replace the hydraulic hoses every six years at the latest.

The six operating years include two years storage duration for normal

requirements in accordance with the rules of the Employers Liability

Insurance Association BGR 237 for normal requirements.

Maintaining membrane pump

The membrane pump is subject to wear. If the pump line eases off, perform

maintenance according to the manufacturer's information. For details, view

the operation and installation instructions of the pump manufacturer.
Remove the screw-in supports at the inlet and outlet of the membrane pump

with a maximum torque of 5 Nm.
