- Securing the rear tray
Attaching the trays requires 6 hex head bolt, 6
spring washers, 6 washers, and 6 nuts.
- Arrange the tray rims to facing up and away
from the machine.
- Place the rear return tray onto brackets at the
back of the machine.
- Align the holes of the rear tray and the six-
channeled L-brackets.
- Place 6 hex head bolts through the holes of the
trays and brackets.
- Secure each hex head bolts with a washer,
spring washer, and hex nut.
2.6 Attaching the mobile cover
The mobile cover was moved before shipping,
replace it again after installed machine already.
- Unlock swiveling control panel lock handle to
swivel the control panel out of the machine base.
There are four slots on the cover base. Install the
mobile cover to the four slots and push it to the
right side to secure it.
Remove mobile cover by lift handle up and pull it
out from the base as showing direction when in
this way miter cutting or position the vise to this
side for another way miter cutting.
2.7 Installing the stop rod assembly
The stop rod assembly was removed before
shipping; replace it again after installed machine
already.
- There are two screws attached on the right side
of the fixed retrieval device.
- Place the stop rod assembly and tighten it with
two screws as picture.
- Loosen the handle can adjust the position of the
stop rod to set the cutting length.
