① If the machine slides down while working, please check if the cleaning cloth
is overwet and clean the surface of the caterpillar wheels.
② If the machine does not move against the border, it is testing the resistance
and is common. Please wait patiently.
③ If the status indicator flashes with voice prompts, please investigate the
following:
Is the glass or cleaning cloth too wet resulting in too little friction
Are there any sticky matters on the glass that cause excessive friction with the
cleaning cloth
Is the cleaning cloth attached in place without air leak
Is the surface where the machine is placed is uneven, resulting in air leak
Is the suction port blocked
④ If the status indicator flashes red and blue alternately, accompanied by a
voice broadcast sound, it indicates that the machine needs manual assistance.

⑤ If the machine does not move smoothly, please change a clean cloth
⑥ If the machine has wiped the entire window but does not stop automatically,
please take it off directly
